Music Composer and Web Developer

Anthony’s introduction to music began at the Yamaha School of Music in Sri Lanka in 1987, where he trained as an Electone Organist and performed at their concerts from 1989 to 1997. An alumnus of Lewis University in Illinois, Anthony Perera was introduced to Electro-acoustic music by Dr. Mike Mcferron, professor of music at Lewis University. At present his primary focus is music for film and is composer for Raw Image Films, based out of Los Angeles California and has worked on several film projects, including ‘Heritage’, the 2007 Drama Festival winner at dvxuser.com. He also holds a Performers Certificate in Speech & Drama from The Trinity College of London.

Anthony is an avid web developer. He also designs and implements computer networks for small and medium businesses.

An animal lover, Anthony currently resides in Lockport, Illinois USA with his wonderful companion, Shelly the Dog!
